Lincoln Square, located at 555 11th Street NW, is sympathetic to the character of the Pennsylvania Avenue Historic District of which it is a part. Several existing facades were preserved in place or reconstructed and incorporated in the new building facade. The building itself consists of 12 above grade office floors and a ground floor retail and service level; the above grade area is approximately 363,000 GSF. A partial level of retail, a cinema level providing eight theaters, and three levels of parking for about 350 cars is provided below grade.
