The Student Center is located to the south of the Academic Building and, with the Law Library to the north, forms a small, self-contained campus. The building is a twelve-story slab with four additional levels below grade. The stepped massing of the building provides a variety of apartment unit sizes, conforms to zoning setback requirements, and creates a transition to the lower, four-story height of the other campus buildings. One hundred fifty-four apartment units occupy ten of the floors; recreational spaces are located on the street level, lower level and the twelfth floor.
